Property Management
Property management involves the prudent organization of human and materials resources with the aim of achieving defined objectives in real estate investment. Its practice provides a robust basis for prompt decision making in the up-keep of property resources and facilities. It also guarantees that the use to which a property is put is the most suitable having regard to its physical character, the demand of its immediate neighborhood/environment and its legal and economic attributes. Our activities will involve the administration of tenancies/leases of various tenants in the building. It will essentially entail our determination of the current market rental values for the property for renewal of tenancy/leases of tenants based on prevailing market rent as determined. We shall as a matter of policy and expediency keep tenancy records, lease schedule and information profile to keep track of all the tenants and their financial obligations on their tenancies.
Facility Management
The facility management involves management of services and facilities provided in a property which in an ideal situation will include but not limited to; operation and maintenance of generators, lift maintenance, maintenance of borehole and water treatment plant, maintenance of plumbing installations, maintenance of electrical fittings, panels and systems, servicing of transformer(s), maintenance of air-conditioning and cooling systems, cleaning of common areas, disposal of refuse, provision of security services, dislodgement of sewage, fumigation and janitorial services, maintenance of fire equipment, maintenance of telecommunication systems, maintenance of Closed Circled Television system, etc.
